Zapier specialist for growing businesses
I help small teams with Zapier, Airtable, Process Design. My projects include connect your sales tools so data stops being retyped and set up an automated onboarding sequence for new clients. We agree the deliverables before starting, review an early draft together, and finish with editable files and clear handover notes. I have 5 years of experience working with independent businesses and product teams.
The delivery included handover notes and met our small team's needs. Clear updates and a useful handover.

Thanks! Glad the team picked it up so quickly, that's always the best sign.
I was disappointed with the handover notes. The handover did not fully address our original brief.

Thanks. I've taken the point about documentation and expanded the template I use.
The connected workflows fit our brief. I would leave more time for the final review on our next project.

Appreciate it. Happy to help with the next stage whenever you're ready.
Good sequence design. A couple of details needed revising, and the seller handled that feedback well.
