Trust and safety, written down
A single page setting out what happens to your money, your files and your account, with the actual windows the product enforces rather than a vague promise. Messages gained a report action, so every gig, profile and message can now be reported from where you are reading it.

Milestone payments· milestone
A seller can propose a staged plan on a larger project. Each stage is funded, delivered and approved on its own, and the plan locks once the first stage is funded so neither side can move the goalposts. Nobody carries the whole project.

Everything about an order in one place: the brief, the thread, the files, every delivery version, the payment and the activity timeline. No more hunting through messages for the file someone sent three weeks ago.

Threads that behave like conversations
Replies that quote what they answer, reactions, pinned messages, editing inside a fifteen-minute window, and deletion that leaves a tombstone rather than a hole. Typing indicators and read receipts came with it.

Nicknames
A display name you choose, used everywhere your name would otherwise appear. Freelancing in public should not require publishing your legal name.
- Trust and safety
Rewritten terms, refund policy and community guidelines
Plainer language, an explicit cancellation section, and a written account of how a dispute is actually decided. In effect from this date; superseded versions are kept.

3 releases- Orders
Orders close themselves
A delivery the buyer never answers now completes automatically after three days, so a seller is not left waiting indefinitely. An order with an open dispute is never completed this way.

Custom offers
When a job does not fit a package, the seller can send a priced offer inside the thread with its own scope and delivery date. Accepting it creates the order.

Seller levels are earned, not granted· milestone
Levels are now computed from an account's own numbers — completed orders, average rating, lifetime earnings — against published thresholds, and recalculated as orders complete. Nobody buys a badge.

Stablecoin settlement· milestone
Orders can be settled in USDT or USDC alongside bank wire. Every order shows the exact amount, the address and a payment reference; the order starts once the transfer is confirmed.

Withdrawals and the clearing period
Earnings move from pending to available after a holding period, and can then be withdrawn to a wallet or a bank account. The holding period exists so a late dispute still has money behind it.

Search that narrows
Filters on price, delivery time, seller level and rating, with sorting that is honest about what it sorts by. Favourites arrived at the same time.

Disputes· milestone
Either side can escalate an order that has gone wrong. Opening a dispute freezes the order — nothing completes on its own and no money moves — and the decision is written onto the order where both parties can read it.

Reviews that come from real orders
A review can only be written by the buyer of a completed order, one per order, with the seller entitled to a single public reply. There is no other way to get one.

Revisions, written down
Each package states how many revisions it includes, and a request is recorded against the order rather than agreed in passing. Both sides can see how many are left.

1 release- Marketplace
Skillance opens· milestone
A marketplace built around the order rather than the listing: explicit packages, a calculated delivery date, and payment held until the delivery is accepted. Nobody works unpaid and nobody pays for work they have not seen.
