What we collect

• Account details: first and last name, username, email address.
• Profile details: photo, introduction, country, languages, skills.
• Activity: orders, messages, reviews and payment records.
• Technical data: session, IP address, browser, page views.
• Payment details you submit: the transaction hash or the name on a bank transfer, and any receipt you upload.

How we use it

• To run the marketplace, process orders and confirm payments.
• For safety: fraud detection, abuse prevention and rate limiting.
• For communication: order notifications and the emails you opt into.

Passwords and sessions

Passwords are stored irreversibly hashed (bcrypt). Only a digest of your session key is kept in the database, so a database leak cannot be replayed as a login.

Third parties

• Email delivery, for transactional messages.
• Hosting, database and file storage providers.
• Payments are settled directly between you and the platform's bank or wallet; we do not use a card processor.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data. When you close your account your profile is taken down; order and accounting records are kept for as long as the law requires.
