1. Who these terms cover

These terms apply to every buyer and seller using Skillance, operated by Skillance Marketplace. By creating an account you accept them.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older to open an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• One person, one account. The same account can both buy and sell.

3. Services and orders

• Sellers must describe scope and delivery times accurately.
• Payment is held by the platform when an order is created and released to the seller once the delivery is accepted.
• The platform charges a 10% service fee on every completed order.

4. Payments

• Orders are settled by stablecoin transfer or bank wire only. We never ask for card details.
• Send the exact amount and include the payment reference shown on your order. Transfers without a reference take longer to confirm.
• Crypto transfers must use the coin and network shown on the order. Funds sent on a different network cannot be recovered.
• An order starts only once the transfer is confirmed.

5. Prohibited content and conduct

• No services that infringe copyright, mislead buyers, or break the law.
• No directing payments or communication off the platform.
• No fake reviews, whether written or requested.

6. Disputes

Both sides should try to resolve things between themselves first. Where that fails, the platform reviews the order record and decides.

7. Suspension

Breaking these rules can lead to suspension. A suspended account can still read its history but cannot create gigs, orders or messages.

8. Limits of liability

Skillance is an intermediary. The seller is responsible for the content and the delivery of the service.
