Software documentation and English-to-Turkish localisation
I write instructions that help someone finish a task without a support call. My projects include quick-start guides, interface copy and Turkish localisation for software products. I work from a staging environment or supplied screenshots, keep terminology consistent and flag places where the interface itself makes the instructions difficult to follow.
The terminology notes covered the essentials, but we needed an extra feedback round to get there.
