I turn invoices, forms and internal documents into information a team can actually use. We start with representative files and agree which fields matter, how to handle uncertain results and who reviews exceptions. My handover includes a test set, validation rules and instructions for adding new document types.
The validation rules covered the essentials, but we needed an extra feedback round to get there.
