I will rebuild your pitch deck around a story that lands

I have worked on decks that raised and decks that did not, and the design was rarely the difference. The difference was whether the story survived slide four. How this works: 1. We talk for half an hour about the business, not the deck. 2. I send back a proposed structure — slide by slide, what each one has to prove. We agree it before anything is designed. 3. Then the deck: headlines that state the point, one idea per slide, charts that make their case in two seconds. 4. Two rounds of revisions, plus a run-through where I ask you the questions an investor will. I will tell you which slides to cut. Most decks I see are fifteen good slides hiding inside twenty-eight.
