About this service
A Shopify store is slow for boring reasons: six apps injecting scripts on every page, hero images exported at 4000px, a theme doing work on load that could happen later.
What I do:
1. Measure on a throttled mid-range phone, which is what your customers have, and record the starting numbers.
2. Audit every app for what it actually injects, and what it costs you in load time.
3. Fix: image handling, script loading order, render-blocking resources, theme code doing unnecessary work.
4. Measure again on identical conditions and hand you the comparison.
What I will not do is remove an app you depend on to win a score. If an app is slow and essential, I will say so and work around it.
