I will write API integrations for third-party services

An integration is easy to demo and hard to run. The difference is everything that happens when the other side is slow, down, or sends something unexpected. What a delivery includes: • The integration itself, written to the provider's documented contract • Webhook handling with signature verification and idempotency, so a retried delivery does not double-charge anyone • Retry with backoff for transient failures, and a dead-letter path for the rest • Structured logs on every call — request id, status, duration — so a support question has an answer • Sandbox and production configuration kept separate • Tests against recorded responses, so the suite runs without hitting the live provider Services I integrate regularly: payment providers, CRMs, shipping carriers, email and SMS platforms, accounting systems, calendar and video APIs. You get a pull request in your codebase, written in your conventions, plus a document covering configuration and the failure modes worth knowing about.
