I will write a business plan and market research report

A business plan is only worth writing if someone will act on it. So the first question I ask is who reads this, and what do they need to decide. What the plan covers: • Market sizing from real sources, with the method shown, not a number lifted from a press release • Competitor analysis: who they are, what they charge, where they are weak, and why a customer would leave them for you • Customer segments with the evidence behind them • Your offer and positioning, stated plainly enough to survive a sceptical reader • Go-to-market: channels, costs, sequence and what has to be true for each to work • Operations, team and the roles you need to hire before the plan is achievable • Financial summary, with the assumptions visible • Risks, honestly — including the ones that would stop the business, and what would be an early warning Every claim is sourced. Where I could not find reliable data, the plan says so rather than inventing a figure; an investor or loan officer will spot a fabricated market size immediately. Tell me the reader — bank, grant body, investor, or your own team — and I will shape the document for them.
