What management looks like month to month: • A content calendar agreed in advance, so you always know what is going out • Copy written for each post, in your voice, with the visual brief for your designer • Scheduling and publishing across your channels • Community management: replies, questions routed to you when they need a real answer, comments moderated • A monthly report: what was published, what performed, what I would change next month and why I work best with businesses that will give me access to what actually happens — a new customer story, a product change, a shipping delay. Accounts fed only marketing copy plateau quickly. The first month is usually slower while we settle the voice. I share the first week's posts for approval before anything publishes.
