You do not need a new product to use a language model. Most of the value is in one well-chosen feature inside the software your team already opens every day. Features I have shipped this way: • Summarising long records — tickets, calls, contracts — into three lines a human actually reads • Classifying and routing incoming messages • Drafting replies that a person edits and sends • Natural-language search across an existing database • Extracting structured fields out of unstructured text What matters as much as the feature: cost control. I add token accounting per request, caching for repeated inputs, and a monthly budget cap, so the bill cannot surprise you. Prompts live in configuration, not scattered through the codebase, so your team can tune them without a deploy. I work inside your codebase and match its conventions; you get a pull request, not a parallel system.
